What You’ll Do:

We’re looking for a talented marketing manager to join PlanetArt’s marketing team. This person will be responsible for executing user acquisition strategies across paid and organic efforts, and scaling and optimizing performance, as well as manage retargeting efforts.

This individual must be comfortable managing multiple projects, with strong project management skills and an eye for detail. This candidate must be very comfortable in a fast-paced, multi-tasking, collaborative and fluid environment. A “can-do” attitude and superb interpersonal skills, both verbal and written, are an absolute must.

The Acquisition Marketing Manager will have the following key objectives:
  • Strategy and planning: manage user acquisition campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, Google, Apple Search, and more. Manage retargeting strategies across AdRoll, Facebook, and Instagram.
  • Campaign management: set up, manage, optimize, report on desktop and mobile campaign performance.
  • Measurement and tracking: utilize Google Analytics and attribution tools to ensure data accuracy and flow-through between platforms and internal database.
  • Creative management: work with the Creative team to craft creatives for testing.
  • Dig deep and provide insightful analysis of our marketing spend and its results.
Key Metrics:
  • Achieve target CPAs, and ROAS goals
  • Achieve high repeat order rates and LTV
What You Should Have:
  • 2+ years’ experience of marketing with a proven track record of driving customer acquisition.
  • 2+ years’ experience executing marketing strategies across paid channels such as Facebook, Instagram, and Google.
  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics of paid campaigns; interpret data to derive actionable insights for optimization.
  • Experience with SEO, ASO and mobile measurement platforms, a plus.
  • Impeccable attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects with tight deadlines, especially during key seasonal periods.
  • Proficient in Excel, Google Analytics, and similar analytical tools.
