What You’ll Do:

As a member of the PlanetArt team, reporting directly to the Fulfillment Supervisor, you are a Fulfillment Associate and shall inspect and match items coming from the production departments or the manufacturers for correct personalization, proper packaging, and product presentation prior to the final gift.

  • Pack completed orders with appropriate packaging products
  • Experience with powered pallet jack preferred
  • Ability to work at a fast pace and process up to 50 items per hour
  • Assisting with the management of all aspects of picking and receiving during peak and non-peak periods in a high-volume manufacturing setting
  • Accurately pick items from the warehouse to ensure product is appropriately received, stored, and distributed to respective departments based on pick needs as described by the WMS
  • Daily picks, remans, re-do’s, receipts, loading/unloading of trucks, cycle counting, accurate and on-time shipment of customer orders
  • Remove items from totes that are coming down inbound conveyor line and sort by aisle location
  • Identify bin locations, using RF gun, and place in correct shelving slot ensuring items are put away accurately
What You Should Have:
  • Minimum High School diploma or equivalent work experience
  • Basic computer skills
  • Must be able to work all scheduled hours including weekends
  • Be able to stand for long periods of time
  • Ability to work at a fast pace while maintaining accuracy
  • Ability to use repetitive hand motions for long periods of time
  • Read, write, and communicate in English is preferred
  • Good eye for detail/Attention to detail
  • Good hand dexterity and strength
  • Ability to learn how to use an RF Gun
  • Ability to learn how to use computerized receiving system or WMS
  • Ability to be certified in the operation of a forklift (this may vary by department/role)
