We are looking for an enthusiastic and meticulous Coordinator to undertake a variety of administrative and project management tasks. The successful candidate will be highly organized with ability to succeed in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Broad knowledge of tv, movies, comic books and general pop culture a plus!

What You’ll Do:
  • Manage deadlines and progress across Merchandising and Licensing to ensure projects are delivered on spec and on time
  • Obtain all necessary approvals from licensors for product concepts and pre-production samples
  • Entry of licensing data, uploading of files and all required assets for licensing partner portals
  • Keep accurate and updated records for status of licensor approvals and rejections
  • Coordinate all communication for projects with cross functional teams
  • General administrative duties such as scheduling appointments, making phone calls, and creating spreadsheets as needed.
  • Excellent time management, multi-tasking and organizational skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail and awareness of quality standards
  • Demonstrated good judgement with ability to keep sensitive information secure
  • Outstanding verbal and communication skills
  • Must be a self-motivator, possessing the ability to work effectively and accurately with little supervision
  • Ability to meet deadlines without compromising accuracy
  • Must be able to QA your own work and work of others
  • Excellent Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word Skills
  • SQL skills are a bonus

This position can be offsite, or office in Calabasas, CA or San Diego. There is no relocation assistance available. Currently our office is working remotely due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Applicants should have necessary equipment and internet to work from home.
