The Site Experience Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring that our customers experience a consistent and cohesive shopping experience on our websites. This position will report to the Site Experience Manager.  Responsibilities will include adding products to appropriate categories, updating product lists, auditing new products prior to their launch, and assisting with site content setup.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Revenue-sort pages on a regular basis
  • Update product groups as product assortment changes
  • Optimize page merchandising
  • Audit new products prior to their site launch
  • Promote/demote products as needed
  • Assist in setting up site creative assets
  • Coordinate with other internal teams as needed, including Planning, Merchandising and Marketing
Preferred Skills:
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience
  • Attention to detail
  • Customer focus
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • SQL and Omniture skills a plus
  • Ability to work independently and as a team
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Willingness to learn
  • Basic to moderate data analysis skills a plus
