Work Hours:

During peak period there will be extended hours which may include working 10 and 12 hour days, as well as scheduled weekend hours during. May be required to transfer to 2nd shift during peak periods.

Position Summary:

The roles will consist of applying personalized designs to product using specialized equipment using a variety of methods and media. Additionally, will consist of preparing, matching, or shipping final product directly to the customer. All roles are required to follow specific prep guidelines, order details, or shipping/fulfillment procedures.

Essential Job Duties/Abilities:
  • Load machines with products for personalization
  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
  • Be able to work while wearing protective safety glasses
  • Move to other areas as directed by Supervisor or Managers
  • Bring all product defects to the attention of department supervisor
  • Clean area by sweeping, breaking down boxes and removing trash at the end of each shift
  • Basic computer skills
  • Verify product against Bill of Material (BOM) for accuracy, print, size, color and selection
  • Return all printing errors to supervisor immediately
  • Check completed item for quality and accuracy
  • Ability to use high jump WMS (depending on the position/department)
  • Distinguish between different fonts and font heights used by the Company
  • Understand/identify minor machine issues
  • Clean machines as necessary, report any machine malfunctions to supervisor immediately
  • Finish (clean) all products to prepare orders for gift wrap
General Job Qualifications:
  • Minimum High School or equivalent work experience
  • Must be able to work all scheduled hours including weekends
  • Be able to stand for long periods of time
  • Ability to work at a fast pace while maintaining accuracy
  • Ability to use repetitive hand motions for long periods of time
  • Read, write, and communicate in English is preferred
  • Good eye for detail/Attention to detail
  • Good hand dexterity and strength
  • Ability to learn how to use an RF Gun
  • Ability to learn how to use computerized receiving system or WMS
  • Ability to be certified in the operation of a forklift (this may vary by department/role)
  • Must work well without constant supervision and stay current with incoming work follow and outbound completed orders as they are matched
  • Knowledge or ability to learn how to manage a manual pallet jack
Physical Demands:

The position may require employees to read, write, talk, bend, stoop, push, pull, lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds. Employee must be able to see (see small details) and hear within normal parameters. Employee will work in a manufacturing environment and be exposed to heavy machinery, dust, noise, frequent sustained walking and/or standing for prolonged periods of time, lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds, and repetitive activities, including but not limited to climbing, pulling, pushing, grabbing, bending, stooping, repetitive hand motions to feel or operate objects, tools, computer or other equipment, and reaching with hands and arms.
